Five rooms above an olive grove. Linen sheets, unhurried breakfasts, and the kind of silence you have to travel for. Kept by two, shared with a few.

The Olive Room
Five rooms, each shaped by the corner of the house it sits in. Open a chapter to see the room and what's kept ready for you.

Our largest suite. Vaulted ceiling, terrace, and the grove for company.

Loose plates from the house archive. Season by season, we try to keep them honest — no filters, no borrowed skies.

Everything the house keeps, kept plainly.
From the guest book, kept on the console table by the door. We never edit it.
We came for two nights and stayed for six. The kind of place that rearranges the way you think about time.
Breakfast alone is worth the flight. Figs from the garden, coffee that never ran out, and a keeper who remembers your name.
I have never been quieter, or slept better. Every detail is considered without ever showing off.
A short list of what to walk to, drive to, or forget entirely. Everything on this page is within a slow morning of the house.

The questions we're asked most often. If yours isn't here, the keepers reply personally within a day.
We keep our rates the same everywhere — but reserving with us means a bottle of the estate's oil on arrival, a late checkout if the room allows, and a keeper who remembers your name.
Minimum stay: two nights (three in August)
Breakfast, tea, and pool are always included
